Program: “Celebrate Giving with Books”
features Donna Arp Weitzman, a past mayor of Colleyville, wife, mother, businesswoman, speaker, and book author (Cinderella has Cellulite, Sex & the Siren and The Wind Blew the Innocent). She will delight us with how books changed her life, share her story and inspire us because she believes we all have a book within ourselves!! We think you will thoroughly enjoy this fabulous speaker’s insights and experiences.
Note: In the spirit of the season, members may bring new or used children’s books for donation to various charities.
Christmas Holiday Menu: Stuffed Chicken Breast with Chef’s Choice Vegetable and Roasted Potatoes, Dinner Rolls, and Spiced Cake with Whipped Cream for dessert. Iced and Hot Tea, Water and Coffee; Cash Bar including a Signature Drink: Cranberry Crush.
Charity: Southlake Newcomers Club Foundation's Scholarship Fund - Scholarship Check Writing party at our December meeting is the perfect answer to raise funds for SNC scholarships without adding stress to the holiday. No baskets to make, no gift wrapping required, no items to purchase! Instead, at our December meeting we are asking members to kindly consider writing a check to Southlake Newcomers Club Foundation (or cash, credit card donation) for our scholarship fund.
To attend the dinner, everyone must register online by the deadline of midnight on December 7th. The cost is $25 per person. Cutoff date and time for online registration is midnight on the Monday 8 days before the dinner. (Mask and social distancing requirements will be in place for this event).

* If your friend is a prospective member (not someone visiting from out of town), contact Dianne Duke to let her know about your guest and SNC will cover the cost of her first luncheon/dinner.
NOTE: Due to Trophy Club Country Club's requirements and Covid-19 restrictions, MEMBERS WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER LATE UNLESS THERE IS A VACANCY THE DAY BEFORE THE DINNER (you would be contacted at that time). The cost is then $30 per person for late registrants and can be paid by check or credit card at the luncheon/dinner.
If you are unable to register online before the deadline, please contact our Hospitality Registration Member - Dianne Duke. The cost is then $30 per person for late registrants and can be paid by check or credit card at the luncheon. There are no guarantees that anyone can be accommodated after the online registration deadline.
Because of our contractual obligations with Trophy Club, once you have registered you must pay for your luncheon, whether you attend or not. We are sorry, but we are unable to apply a credit toward a future luncheon or event.
