Program: 6:30 - 7:15 pm
General Meeting: 7:15 - 7:30 pm
Lunch: 7:30 - 8:30 pm
Program: "Wine Tasting Dinner"
To attend the dinner, everyone must register online by the deadline of 10 pm on March 14. The cost is $27 per person. Cutoff date and time for online registration is 10 pm on the Monday 8 days before the luncheon.

NOTE: MEMBERS WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER LATE UNLESS THERE IS A VACANCY THE DAY BEFORE THE LUNCHEON (you would be contacted at that time). The cost is then $32 per person for late registrants and can be paid by check or credit card at the luncheon/dinner. If you would like to be contacted if there is an opening the day before the luncheon please contact our Hospitality Registration Member - Dianne Duke.
Because of our contractual obligations with Trophy Club, once you have registered you must pay for your luncheon, whether you attend or not. We are sorry, but we are unable to apply a credit toward a future luncheon or event.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
PAYPAL: If you have a PayPal account or want to pay by credit card, you may pay online at no additional cost to you. Simply click the “PAY ONLINE” button during the registration process. (THIS IS THE PREFERRED METHOD)
CHECK: Make out your check to Southlake Newcomers Club, note that it is for the monthly luncheon, and mail to:

CREDIT CARD: We accept credit cards at the luncheon. Present your card to the Hospitality check-in table.
