September Luncheon Meeting

To attend the luncheon everyone must register online by the deadline of 10 pm on September 12. The cost is $29.50 per person. Cutoff date and time for online registration is 10 pm on the Monday 8 days before the dinner.
Check-in & Mingle: 11:00 a.m.
Program: 11:30 a.m.
Meeting 12:15 p.m.
Lunch: 12:30 p.m.
Program: "Boot Scooting Texas Gals!" We will feature a favorite Texas pastime - Western Line Dancing. You are welcome to try out some new dances or sit back and enjoy the fun. Wear your boots, jeans, or flippy skirts ... or come as you are. This interactive format will allow us to meet new friends and mingle.
Menu: Grilled BBQ chicken, roasted red potatoes, garden salad, cornbread, and pecan pie. Cash bar. Signature drink - Margarita
Charity: We are collecting donations for Alliance For Children, a local non-profit organization working to minimize the trauma of abuse so that children and families can begin to heal. They are in need of the following: diapers, baby wipes, new clothing sizes 7/8 & up, new shoes sizes 4 & up, and gift cards for Walmart or Target.
Scholarship Fund: Recipients are chosen based on both need and merit. Please consider donating to this year's scholarship fund. You may bring your check (payable to SNCCF) to the monthly meeting or mail it to Southlake Newcomers Club, P.O. Box 93177, Southlake, TX 76092.

Because of our contractual obligations with Trophy Club, once you have registered you must pay for your luncheon, whether you attend or not. We are sorry, but we are unable to apply a credit toward a future luncheon or event.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
PAYPAL: If you have a PayPal account or want to pay by credit card, you may pay online at no additional cost to you. Simply click the “PAY ONLINE” button during the registration process. (THIS IS THE PREFERRED METHOD)
CHECK: Make out your check to Southlake Newcomers Club, note that it is for the monthly luncheon, and mail to:

(NOTE: You must register online even if you pay by check. Also, mail your check so it is received before the luncheon. Do not give your check to another member to turn in.)
CREDIT CARD: We accept credit cards at the luncheon. Present your card to the Hospitality check-in table.
NOTE: MEMBERS WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER LATE UNLESS THERE IS A VACANCY THE DAY BEFORE THE LUNCHEON (you would be contacted at that time). The cost is then $34.50 per person for late registrants and can be paid by check or credit card at the luncheon/dinner.
