Program: It's going to be a Prize-Winning Extravaganza! Join us for a little learning about the history of Halloween and a lot of fun games to play and loads of prizes to win. Prepare to smile, laugh and enjoy time with your tablemates. You are welcome to wear a Halloween costume, witches hat or come as you are! It will be fun for all!
Menu: Bread bowls with mild chili/squash soup, salad and caramel apple strudel. Cash bar. Signature drink - Harvest Brew Punch.
Charity: Our charity of the month is Victory Therapy Center of Roanoke. They provide physical, mental and emotional therapy to children and adults through the healing power of horses. A shorten presentation will be given at the luncheon. Please consider donating gift cards to local restaurants or stores or by donating bottles of wine. They will use these items for a raffle at their annual charity event.
Scholarship Fund: Recipients are chosen based on both need and merit. Please consider donating to this year's scholarship fund. You may bring your check (payable to SNCCF) to the monthly meeting or mail it to Southlake Newcomers Club, P.O. Box 93177, Southlake, TX 76092.
To attend the luncheon: Everyone must register online by the deadline of 10:00 p.m. on Monday, October 10th. The cost for lunch is $29.50.

To attend the luncheon everyone must register online by the deadline of 10 pm on October 10. The cost is $29.50 per person. Cutoff date and time for online registration is 10 pm on the Monday 8 days before the dinner.
The cost of the luncheon is $29.50
Because of our contractual obligations with Trophy Club, once you have registered you must pay for your luncheon, whether you attend or not. We are sorry, but we are unable to apply a credit toward a future luncheon or event.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
PAYPAL: If you have a PayPal account or want to pay by credit card, you may pay online at no additional cost to you. Simply click the “PAY ONLINE” button during the registration process. (THIS IS THE PREFERRED METHOD)
CHECK: Make out your check to Southlake Newcomers Club, note that it is for the monthly luncheon, and mail to:

(NOTE: You must register online even if you pay by check. Also, mail your check so it is received before the luncheon. Do not give your check to another member to turn in.)
CREDIT CARD: We accept credit cards at the luncheon. Present your card to the Hospitality check-in table.
NOTE: MEMBERS WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER LATE UNLESS THERE IS A VACANCY THE DAY BEFORE THE LUNCHEON (you would be contacted at that time). The cost is then $34.50 per person for late registrants and can be paid by check or credit card at the luncheon/dinner.
