On Thursday November 11th we will be going to Hard Eight BBQ at 688 Freeport Pkwy in Coppell. Hard Eight Bar-B-que provides a truly unique experience in authentic mesquite smoked Texas-style barbeque. Their “Old World” method of slow cooking over open pits was adopted from the German settlers who came to the Texas Hill Country over a century ago. Hope you will be able to join us for a some real down home barbeque. As usual we will meet at Bicentennial park (off of White Chapel Rd.) at 11:00 for carpool.
