Program: Holiday Bazaar and Silent Auction
Come celebrate the Season with us and enjoy some last minute shopping for gifts or for yourself. Our Holiday Bazaar will feature local vendors and an intriguing assortment of Silent Auction baskets. Festivities and friendship will abound at this fun event supporting our SNC Charitable Foundation Scholarships and “I Can Still Shine.” Doors will open a little earlier than usual at 10:30 am. There will be a Cash Bar, holiday music and door prizes. Dress in your favorite holiday outfits and let’s share the joy of giving and friendships (we encourage you to invite your friends and neighbors.)

10:30 am Holiday Bazaar and Cash Bar opens in the Mangrum Weaver Room adjacent to the ballroom - Music, Socializing, Shopping and Festivities.
12:10 pm General Meeting
12:30 pm Buffet Luncheon
2:00 pm Holiday Bazaar Closes and Departure

Salad Bar with (Mixed Field Greens, Toasted Almonds, Dried Cranberries, Tomatoes and Feta Cheese, Honey Balsamic Dressing, House Ranch and Raspberry Vinaigrette), Roasted Turkey Breast with Natural Gravy, Roasted Root Vegetables, Butter Whipped Potatoes, Holiday Yule Log, Cash Bar

*If your friend is a prospective member (not someone visiting from out of town), let us know and SNC will cover the cost of her first luncheon.
To attend the luncheon, everyone must register online by the deadline of midnight on Monday, December 9th. The cost is $24 per person. Cutoff date and time for online registration is midnight on the Monday 8 days before the luncheon.
If you are unable to register online before the deadline, please contact our Hospitality Team - Jacqualynn Snavely or Reggie Artuso. The cost is then $29 per person for late registrants and can be paid by check or credit card at the luncheon/dinner.
Because of our contractual obligations with Trophy Club, once you have registered you must pay for your luncheon, whether you attend or not.
We are sorry, but we are unable to apply a credit toward a future luncheon or event.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
PAYPAL: If you have a PayPal account or want to pay by credit card, you may pay online at no additional cost to you. Simply click the “PAY ONLINE” button during the registration process. (THIS IS THE PREFERRED METHOD)
CHECK: Make out your check to Southlake Newcomers Club, note that it is for the monthly luncheon, and mail to:

(NOTE: You must register online even if you pay by check. Also, only mail your check to Connie Losada so it is received before the luncheon. Do not give your check to another member to turn in.)
CREDIT CARD: We accept credit cards at the luncheon. Present your card to the Hospitality check-in table.
