Deadline to RSVP by Monday October 11th by 10:00 p.m. There will be no reservations accepted after this time. You can register via the SNC website or on Wild Apricot.

Join us for a spooky treat on Tuesday, October 19th as we are “scared to our bones” by local ghost expert David Besgrove!! David will thrill us with his knowledge of both local haunts in Grapevine and Ft. Worth Stockyards as well as all over Texas!! David is also the owner of Grape Vine Springs and Cowtown Winery both offering Ghost Tours. BOO Fun will be had by all!!
Wear your scariest, funniest, wildest costume!! There will be PRIZES for the Best Costumes!! And…. Door Prizes too!!

Philanthropy
Many children waiting in foster care across the United States permanently join their “forever families” on National Adoption Day (NAD), November 20th. It is a massive celebration at the courthouse. Adoptions are done free of charge all day long and the courthouse is lined with teddy bears. Please consider donating a teddy bear for Tarrant County National Adoption day!!!
Teddy bears can be brought to the October meeting or dropped off to Terri Wiborg

NOTE: MEMBERS WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER LATE UNLESS THERE IS A VACANCY THE DAY BEFORE THE LUNCHEON (you would be contacted at that time). The cost is then $32 per person for late registrants and can be paid by check or credit card at the luncheon/dinner. If you would like to be contacted if there is an opening the day before the luncheon please contact our Hospitality Registration Member - Dianne Duke.
Because of our contractual obligations with Trophy Club, once you have registered you must pay for your luncheon, whether you attend or not. We are sorry, but we are unable to apply a credit toward a future luncheon or event.

PAYPAL: If you have a PayPal account or want to pay by credit card, you may pay online at no additional cost to you. Simply click the “PAY ONLINE” button during the registration process. (THIS IS THE PREFERRED METHOD)
